Two labs. Neither one is ours.
We do not run assays and we do not issue certificates. Analysis is commissioned from independent laboratories, and their documents are published exactly as they arrive. An in-house result is a claim. A third-party result is evidence.
The two are not equivalent on paper, and we are not going to average them into one comfortable sentence. Here is the difference, in the laboratories’ own words.

These documents print no accreditation statement of any kind. They do print three separate handover dates, which the accredited documents do not. We would rather tell you both of those than have you find them.
Accurate Test Labs

These documents print an accreditation statement, in these words: “testing was performed using validated methodologies and is accredited pursuant to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.”
One report can cover more than one fill. Where several sizes were filled from one batch, the same report is filed against each of them. The index below shows the same report number repeating down those rows. You can watch it happen rather than take our word for it.
Nothing here is re-typed. Each document below is the file as the laboratory issued it, published whole rather than summarised into a figure by us.
Six things to find on any certificate, from any supplier
Before you open ours, here is what to look for. Take this list to anyone you buy from.

The issuing laboratory
A named facility with an address, and on an accredited document a licence number printed beside it. A certificate that does not name who ran the test is not a certificate.

The compound and the batch
Named in the laboratory’s words rather than the seller’s. That is what ties the paper to a vial, and to a row in the index below.

The purity result
A measured figure in the summary band. Better still, a specification printed beside it, so the result has something to be judged against.

The dates
When the analysis was conducted, and when it was signed. Some of our documents also print when the sample was ordered and received, which is a full handover trail.

The signature
A person, ideally with a title. An unsigned report is a draft.

The accreditation statement
Printed on the document or absent from it. Ours are split on this, and the section above says which is which rather than leaving you to find out.
